*a ‘goat’ is a skill or goal an athlete is currently…currently… working on. So if you want to get bar muscle ups but cannot get a chest to bar pull up then picking bar muscle ups is not perhaps a good working goat for this wod. Instead pick a skill or drill you have already been working on.

dubs(stringing sets), HSPU, Handstand Holds( and H.S.H drills), Split Jerks, Kipping pull ups, butterfly pull ups, chest to bars.
