5:30pm and 6:30pm classes will be run like open gym with a coach on duty to answer questions.
Those who are registered for the Open please be patient with the coaches at the 5:30AM and 4:30 pm classes. You may not have a judge available at those times. 19.2 is not conducive to the common structure of a crossfit class. There are a lot of rules, time cut offs and weight changes.
