Clubs=burpees
Spades= box jumps
Hearts=push ups
Diamonds=sit ups
Face cards= 5 thrusters (95/65)
10AM
Comp Class with Coach Mah. This is a fast paced class with little to no demos. Athletes should have a minimum of 3 months experience and/or a solid knowledge of most terminology and movement standards. Doing wods RX is not a requirement instead athletes should know how to modify.
