*these are athlete level pull ups. This is intended to give athletes the opportunity to work on the pull up level that may be a little tricky but still ‘doable’. Example, if an athlete is almost able or can sometimes get a BMU then they should work on their C2B for this wod. Or if an athlete has mastered the kipping pull up they should work on their C2B.
