8 rounds of :20’s work and :10’s rest ( 4 min )
Tabata # 1) sit ups
Tabata #2) air squats
Tabata #3 ) push ups
Tabata #4 ) burpees
Try to rest no more than a few minutes between each tabata. Your score is the lowest number of reps performed…example. The first 7 rounds of burpees you get 7 burpees but on the 8th round you only get 2 burpees. Your score would be 2.
